I have some ' special ' questions about a (forgotten ?) hypnotic induction, but as it is not common or populair probably I would like to ask older or more experienced show-hypnotists to post their emailadress for exchanging information. How do you know it´s not common, not popular or forgotten if you don´t post any info on it or say what it is?

You know if you want answers they are easy to get you can describe the basic induction here and most will help you out if they know the answer. It may be a little better than just asking for peoples addresses without any previous contact. Personally I know a lot of inductions the others here know a lot as well. Describe it and we will answer maybe none of us have seen it before but I doubt it.

Have you people ever wondered why so many forums have a private messaging button?
You see when you are playing cards you also show the backside of the deck and hide the info at the other side. I know this sounds kinda irrational on an forum but this is the best way and legitimizes the pm button. So if people who want to be helpful agree I sent you a private message about this induction. |

Oy Yesmer. Forums are about sharing, especially in specialist interest topics. If the technique you want to talk about has been published then it's not a major secret. If you consider it a secret then why skirt around trying to hide your question? I realise that English may not be your first language but in general we're a tolerant bunch of spelling and grammar inaccuracies. Spit it out and ask the question.

Hey, if you don't want to ask the question here, why should I want to give an answer? I could be wasting my time. Time is precious. Ask your question here, and if we have an answer, we will give it. The guys on this forum argue a lot, but they do share information. The PM button is for private messages, not for things that best belong on the open forum. If the matter is so confidential, find our e-mails and contact us that way. Don't expect us to contact you. Sorry for being so blunt, but others have said it more subtly, and it has fallen on deaf ears. Tony

OK, I agree, I am indeed happy to ask questions and most have been very helpful until so far.
So I will ask a question, but it's about something else. I do this to figure out what you would think about the dangers involving it. What do you guys think about (auto)erotic asphyxiation, the act of getting an orgasm due to constricting the blood passing towards your brain, while having sex. I have never done it myself, I will also not do it, I know its a kind of hilarious and a nasty/sad subject, but I would like to discuss the effects of this on the brain. Also this is not the question I wanted to ask, but it's related to it. So forget hypnosis in this context and discuss the question. |
