Yeah - I never use Lulu.

Since I think Lulu is focused on providing authors with a source for producing books. And not readers looking to print something off.

And besides - they do 'proper' looking books. Which will be more expensive than the comb bound type stuff that I want.

That is my impression anyway. I have only done this sort of thing about 4 times (often with enough pdfs to make it about 500 pages) - but it is definitely worth it.

As more and more magic becomes only available as an ebook - this is an avenue that more and more magic readers will have to look into.

I too thought the McMillan book was one that deserved to be printed off in order to be properly studied.
