Hi All,

The red/green side of my pom pom sticks, sticks. That is they will not fall by gravity the way the blue yellow side will. Any thoughts on why this should be? Opening them does not give me either a view or access to what might be going on inside, but if it is a common problem perhaps one of you knows how to solve it.

Second, after opening it to show that there is no mechanism or connection inside, I want to put it back together. It makes a loud noise, and not even yelling SHAZAM! (my magic word) at the key moment covers it. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.

Gluing a thin felt circle on the face of the magnets will quiet it down. As for the sticking, pull the stick into two pieces hold the one that sticks horizontal and let the magnet come out the bottom. This will pull both pom poms tight and give you some slack to see if the cord is hanging up in the hole, or it might be twisted. At least, you can get a better look at the problem.
I hope that helps.
Regards,
Jef
