And, after two days, the parrot said ....
(Sorry, I couldn't resist) My prayers and wishes go out to all of the passengers, crew and family involved in that terrible incident. Kent

Alan and Laurie Willits from Wingham, Ontario, celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary, said they were watching the magic show in the ship’s main theater when they felt an initial lurch, as if from a severe steering maneuver. That was followed a few seconds later by a “shudder” that tipped trash cans over. Taylor, there was a magician on board for sure. Many reports use the above quote, but for as to who he is, I have no idea. Many people have been asking the same thing on FB about other entertainers on board, but again no news. |

Yes, was my friend Martin on costa concordia, the things happened meanwhile he was doing the show, really bad!
Thanks God, is all ok, he is at home now. The props, for what I know is still there, they should to give him back as soon the will remove the ship from there.

Kent.. You beat me to it!!! I was just itching yesterday to throw in the old parrot joke,,,,,OK I GIVE UP WHERE THE HECK IS IT...LOL Glad to read that most are well. sorry to hear of the missing and the ones that did not make it. Seems like the props would be a bit in need of repair after this episode. Here is to hoping that he had some sort of insurance???

I hope he has insurance too.. the WHITE STAR LINE billed several of the families for the uniforms of crew members who died when the ship sank.
Cruise lines in general are not known for giving money away, which is why the flags they fly are often from countries with low taxes and secret bank accounts. |

Rumor has it that they were looking to book Copperfield to make it disappear...

If it tips over, what are your odds of getting out!? I'm wondering.. Is this ship now total loss or can they 'fix' it somehow. RIP to all those lost at sea. |

On the day it was launched, the champagne bottle did not break. A bad omen, according to sea customs.
