After having a couple of competitions to win a copy of this book, I have today decided on selling it at a very cheap price (the reasons for the sale I shall not go into).
The book is 100 (and odd) pages long, has drawing/word/name dupes, word association games, romantic, subject as the mind reader, a couple of card effects (with invisible forces you should love) and as much original thinking as I could pack into a book. It is a sort of best of, of my previous work compiled into one place so if you don't own anything of mine or just want a browse of some work on dual reality and bold, streamlined mentalism grab this at a low price! One day offer the price is £10. Pm me please....I will respond this aft Here is what fellow Café goers said "Oh my......... I LOVE IT!!!! This stuff is so good. Reading it, I have to admit, I wonder if I would be brave enough to try it out. You have to have balls of steel and a strong persona. But then again, everything is so well-structured that it is (almost) failsave. Peter gave every little detail a great deal of thought and leaves nothing to chance. I'm bursting with energy to give it a try! I have to try this stuff out, to see whether I'm bold enough!! Thank you Peter, for this insight in Dual Reality. And now tear up your notes, burn all the evidence and never talk about it again, so there will be no others around carrying this priceless information! For all the others here: don't you dare buying this, when it you get the chance!! Don't think about accepting it, not even if Peter offers it to you for free! You would want to (and should), but I would hate the idea! Thanks again Peter! More, I want more!!!!!" - DutchFrank "Thank you, Mr. Turner. I've spent the afternoon reading your splendid PDF. I have to say that I wholeheartedly agree with Kenton Knepper's positive comments regarding the contents. There is some great material and handling in this. It gets you thinking not only about your effects themselves but the variations and extended possibilities, which is how I measure the true value of an author's writing. I think you successfully address what has always been a gaping problem with prompted spectators. The dual reality scenarios flesh out an experience for this person so that they, and the audience, experience parallel track 'miracles' rather than a one-sided resolution. When reading the material, I kept thinking it is a great combination of Maven's intricate use of word play combined with some of Annemann's gutsy daring-do methodology. I can definitely see myself using the material in my repertoire. A side note to the other readers here... I am not an advertising stooge for this material. Mr. Turner made the offer here on this thread, I responded, and my comments on the PDF are genuine in terms of my own view of the contents. I've been a lurker on The Caf for a long time and generally have tried to post as little as possible. For some odd reason, I've posted more the last three weeks breaking with my rule to leave as little of a footprint as I can... In any event, I reiterate my positive comments. Of course everyone has different criteria for rating and using material. This is my opinion only." - Magicus |

I was one of the fortunate winners of Mr. Tuner's eBook and I just finally had the time to finish reading it.
If you are a fan of D**l R*****y and very bold methods, you should definetly pick this up! My favourite effect is "Trust your instinct" - a subject on stage mentally thinks of a card and another subject, seated in the audience, instinctly picks a card that matches. Simple and effective! Thanks again Peter! Cheers, Allan |

I finished reading this book from Pete around Christmas and I have to say that although some ppl may argue about how bold his work is or that he employs DR throughout several effects (and does it very well I might add!), the construction of the routines is very well done and the verbal finesse is a huge trademark of Pete's work.
The attention to language and heavy verbal finesse is something everyone should pay attention to. I wouldn't think twice about getting it for 10£...(next time I know I should wait ) David |

Thanks Biovf, you have seen me perform these live so you know they are workers!
Myke, I am glad you have read the full performance of that piece, most people read the method and jump the performance (missing the real gem in that effect). Thanks for the kind words guys Pete |

Peter, you're absolutely right. If you get this ebook, and you should, you must read the performance explanations as there are some good thinking and great subtleties there.

I like the "heat Displacement" in that routine as logic tells us that if anyone was in on the routine (which they are not anyhow) it would be the last person

Yeah, when I was reading it, I thought, this would be great if it was a word disassociation game.
But then it all made perfect sense once I read the method and how the heat is passed on. Again great thinking. Regards Myke Http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/mykephillips |

I have won one of the copys and have tested most of the effects from the book in the last weeks.
Ok, you must have the heart to perform this material, but when you have the heart to do so, you have wonderful effects that most oft the mentalists not perform. Understand me right, here in this book is more, a lot more, but here my highlights: Mind Plant What for a gem, easy to perform and I beliefe with this technique often you can replace your Cerebro device. Inside Intuition A spectator holds a envelope with a picture inside that he not knows, he builds up the picture that he believes is inside the envelope in his mind, another spectator draws a picture that comes in his mind. The drawing matches the picture in the envelope. I love that! Simon Says The mentalist duplicates a drawing, no preshow, no impression devices and no forces of any kind. Nothing more to say. Gideon |

Gideon,
Thank you for taking your time to try these effects, once you get the delivery down these effects play out so nicely (if I do say so myself). Mind plant and Simon says are effects I am particularly proud of, if I get remembered for anything I would like it to be them Pete |

As most of the above comments point out, most of the routines in this great little ebook are based on bold techniques and/or the use of d*** r****** and may well be dismissed by many because of that.
I can say that the framing of the effects and the use of the principles make them very accessible to performers that may have previously given this kind of material a wide-berth. Standouts to me:- Simon Says A very easy to perform drawing duplication for parlour and larger settings. Clever use of DR as a tidy-up. Rain Man Straightforward book test using a telephone directory. I can see myself using this as a phase of a larger routine and may even drop one of my existing methods to accommodate it. Prediction Production Although this appears to be standard fare, there is a little touch which elevates this above most of the ways that I have seen this performed in the past. Although not all of the ebook were routines that I would use myself, there are some very imaginative ideas which have opened up new thoughts for me and therein lies the value of the ebook for me personally, for example, Chain Game and Mind Plant. In summary, £10 is a bargain. For the record, I am not a personal friend, or in any way connected to this offering. |

I would like to send you a routine from a small book that I wrote a few years ago if you don’t mind. I think that you will find it interesting. The very first effect in your PDF titled Mind Plant is what caught my eye and interest. I haven’t read anymore yet. I have been busy. It is one of the Presentation of Mind Plant that has caught my attention and is why I think you will find my thinking refreshing. We have created the same type of routine or should I say that we think alike. Do not be alarmed. I am not referring that anything is not on the up and up. We just think very much alike. Would you PM me your E-mail and I will send the routine over to you. Best Ray |

Ray,
The thinking in your routine (for the writing) variation#2 is amazing! I will certainly be using this in impromptu situations in the future! Pete |
