Hi everyone,
I am looking tobuy a floating table that is not too expensive (around $450). Wondering what amker to look for, if the weight is not too heavy, and if it pays to get one with an anti-gravity box. Thanks. |

Kyle is the one you should see about the Chair Suspension. Losander is the one you should see about the Floating Table. http://www.losander.me/

I suppose the Losander is the best model, but it's over 3X your asking price. There are a number of floating tables for 3-4 hundered. Daytona magic has a nice selection (including Losander's if you want). These tables are light as feathers, it's all in how you pantomime the actions. I'm not sure what you mean by 'antigravity box'. If youre referring to a floating table with a m****t in it, I think it's a waste.
Everybody wants to beleive.....we just help them along.

I disagree about the antigravity box. It is totally worth it in my opinion! It gives the impression to the audience that you actually let get with both hands.
I believe Losander's basic table is $500. I would go that route rather than buying a knock off. Also, be warned, IMHO this is not really a kids trick. Its like doing the invisible deck for kids, its too powerful and they don't appreciate the miracle that it is.

Thank you. I will look into Losander"s version. I would be doing it for kids 11 and up. Thanks again.

Kids will ask you to let go of the table so they can see it fly around the room.
I'd like to see that too. It's a big problem with the floating table that I haven't been able to solve yet when incoroporating it into an interactive children's show. Once its been established that they can yell out and make comments, its hard to suddenly switch to a different effect and expect them to act differently. |

I would do it on stage to music as a finale. The model table with the box or candlestick allows you to reposition your hands differently, to give the immpression of it floating without help.

I too do this effect only on a stage when doing it for children. I do not recall anyone making any comments about it.

I do mine for kids and adults. I also perform it inside or outside of a house. I perform mine for anyone and anywhere so I can get what I paid for.
