The working is the same as the MK1.
I stumbled across a nice touch in error one night when I forgot to reload the envelope. The ring was just inside the wallet which went down very well, I gave it back and reloaded the envelope while they were all saying how amazing the routine had been. I asked for the ring back and asked to try again as in the routine it was not meant to go into the wallet. I do it again and this time an envelope has appeared in the wallet and the ring is in it. It plays very well but I'm not sure if I'll do it that way all the time, but its a good out if I forget to reload the envelope before the routine!

That's the beauty of the new wallet though Mark. You don't need to reload the envelope with the new wallet. You can set up all your envelopes for the night at the start and never have to worry about it. ou can have the ring in an envelope the first time and then immediately do it again and have it inside another envelope instantly.

I'm a bit lost with that, the wallet only holds one envelope so how can you be set for the night. I am in way because I have all the other envelopes ready to load but you still have to do them one at at time.

With the smaller envelopes & sliders you can place up to 3 envelopes in (from new I think) after you have worn it in a couple of weeks, mine has 4 that's enough before replenishing another 4. This way you are set to perform the repeat, load one card, remove the slide, take out the wallet & remove the lower most envelope, place this away & you can repeat the loading actions etc.
Hope that helps you Mark if not pm me & I will explain Best Wishes Mark Southworth |

Thanks Mark that does make sense.
I can't see it working for ring in envelope that way, but I can see how card to wallet would be fine.

No problem Mark, I think Matt meant, that if you have a larger envelope & a smaller envelope you can perform ring to envelope with the larger envelope ( more loading room ) & then perform the signed card to the smaller envelope
That's if you wanted to alternate the envelopes to perform that type of routine. For me the no reset is what I really like at the moment being able to perform at 4 tables without resetting So 1 reset ables 3/4 performances of signed card to envelope. |

I have always performed just a regular card to wallet without the envelopes. The reason is I always thought it was a bit too much hassle having to reset another envelope each time between tables etc. After Harry showed me this wallet I think it is what I have been waiting for! I will now be performing 'Card to wallet in envelope'! with MK2 !

I'll just add my input - I think that Mk 2 is a marked improvement - it looks better, handles better and with or without envelopes loads easily, but being able to set several envelopes at once is a big step up on the practicality stakes. Bravo Harry!

One thing I discovered by accident is that the zipper opens a compartment that goes the full width of the wallet, meaning you could fit another envelope or two on the right hand side. After the loaded envelope is removed and the attention is on the spectator opening it, you could easily remove another set-up envelope from the right hand side, close the zipper and load the wallet while you put it away. Might make the wallet a bit bulkier though, at least initially.

Having just had a go, it's a bit of a squeeze. You have to make sure that the other envelopes are right over to the right side of the pocket, or the wallet doesn't close properly.
It's a good place to store at least one set-up envelope. |

I've never seen the first one so I can't compare, but this is great and I find it easier to load than a regular card to wallet. After playing with it for a few days I realised you can place business cards inside the envelopes and they don't affect or get in the way of loading.
