Just got an E-mail about this from Penguin. An improved TKO...with the UCCU built in...in both colors...for $80?

Can you ditch a TT or ball in this device?

I have a prototype TKO 2.0. To answer the question about ditching a T.T. Yes you can ditch a T.T. It's really not meant for it though. As far as a ball goes, if it's small enough.
The TKO 2.0 is specifically made for coins and cards, but is not restricted to just those two items. There are other things that will fit, it's just a matter of if it's practical or not. I can think of no better utility than the TKO for ditching and retrieving cards, and coins. Great way to bring in a couple of gaffed cards, and a clean way to get rid of them. The same goes for coins. You can vanish a few coins and not have to worry about the noticeable clink of the coins.

Danny, is this really THAT much better than the original, to justify the price if I already own the original?

This package includes both a black and white TKO 2.0 so that you will be prepared for any colored shirt. The setup is now quicker and easier with the included custom pre-threaded sewing kit. We have also included a method that requires no sewing whatsoever! The construction of the utility is more durable and works better with larger coins. It is designed to work with both tucked-in and untucked button-up shirts. There are two built-in retrievals, one for tucked-in shirts and one for untucked shirts. For untucked shirts, there is also a built-in “plinko” system that allows you to vanish coins one after the other while reducing the “clink.” The Ultimate Card Control Utility is built into the design. New coin techniques, included a multiple-coin vanish and a one-handed coin vanish. New card techniques and applications. Six new routines! I have been playing with mine since Februrary, I didn't have the new DVD. So in a way I feel I had an advantage at discovering other unique methods, one at which I will share that I am pretty sure is not taught.
First off, I will say that TKO 2.0 is extremely well constructed very durable and as toppit devices go this is quite unique. As an un-gimmicked coin magic fanatic. I love coin menipulation and production. I do one routine where a borrowed quater vanishes and I produce a 3" jumbo Quarter. Let's just say I found a new resting place for my Jumbo Quarter other then my back pocket. I had to re-tool my misdirection from my previous method but with my adapted mis-direction it's a much more powerful production. Now this routine starts with the jumbo in the TKO 2.0, and ends in the back pocket. The diversity is vast! And I am excited to see the new ideas that come up!

Bobby,
I would assume that because mens shirts all button the same way (ie: opening to the right) that it is only going to work one way. This is not a topit in the traditional sense so it cant be swapped from side to side... Hope that helps!! Judah

I don't see why someone couldn't use their right hand even if they are left handed. I'm right handed, but I can palm a coin in either hand, as well as many other slieghts. This in my opinion is no different. Practice the move with your right hand, regardless if you are left handed

^^^ I agree to what Danny is saying to a degree. Palming a coin and retraining your brain to function backwards is quite a bit more challenging. Your asking him to sign his name with the same level of skill as he does with his left, with his right. Ever tried to comb that one hair on the top of your head with you opposing hand while looking in the mirror. You find yourself moving the comb back and forth while looking in the mirror to try and find that place to comb. Not easy... This is what it's like to be left handed in a right hand world.
That said - TK2 is so worth the effort, so I say give it shot Bobby. It really is an awesome accessory, worth every penny and worth retraining your brain. I know it's not easy, but it sure does ad to your arsenal of Magic possibilities.

If you don't have the uccu, then you might want to consider it or TKO 2. They are great as a holdout and/or retrieval for cards, which opens up a lot of possibilities.

Can you cleanly retrieve the vanished object just as easily as it is vanished? thinking of using it for vanishing a ring and then retrieving it again to load into a impossible location would this work?
