Stephen Minch wrote this in another forum, and I'm VERY exited to say the least:

There always seems to be curiosity about what is in the Hermetic pipeline, and for that I'm thankful. Having got the first month of the new year under my belt, I find myself sharing that curiosity. Here are the projects we are currently working on, with the intention of getting them to press this year.

J. N. Hofzinser--Non Plus Ultra, Volumes I & II: In 1998 and 2004, Magic Christian released two mammoth volumes of his unceasing and extraordinary research on the nineteenth-century Viennese master Johann Nepomuk Hofzinser, one of magic's greatest artists and innovators. For more than a century it was believed that most of Hofzinser's magic had been lost. Through Magic Christian's untiring efforts, that is no longer the case. These two volumes, published in German, fill in huge amounts of information about Hofzinser and his card magic, exploding myths, correcting misinformation and presenting everything currently known about his life, sleights, tricks and presentations. Both volumes are now translated into English and are being edited and typeset in a deluxe format emulating the art-book design of the German editions. Christian has also added new discoveries made since the original editions were published. These books will be produced in collaboration with the Conjuring Arts Research Center, assuring that they will be of the finest quality.

Magic of the Brain: Ramón Riobóo, a close friend of Juan Tamariz, has authored his first book of card magic, and we will be publishing an English version of it. Ramón has garnered quite a following for his sleightless and near-sleightless card mysteries, mainly through exposure in Steve Beam's excellent series, Semi-Automatic Card Tricks. Every time I see Ramón, he fools me badly (which it just fine!). I'm very excited by the prospect of introducing Ramón's work to a wider audience, outside Spain. If you love baffling card magic based on subtle methods, watch for this book.

The Long Goodbye: A book on underground-legend Geoffrey Latta has been in the works for years. It was progressing well when Geoff suddenly died, leaving many questions to be resolved. Tying up as many of those loose ends as possible has been a goal over the pass few years. We are working hard on completing the task, and hope soon to release a large volume collecting all of Geoff's coin magic, recorded and remembered. Geoff has a well-deserved reputation as an important innovator in coin and card magic. In this volume we hope to present half the evidence to support this view. The other half, a volume of his card magic, will follow.

I hesitate to make announcements like these in advance, because the obvious question is "When?" All three of these projects are still some way from completion, so all I can say is "This year--with luck." My crystal ball is small and myopic. That's all I can tell you now with the least degree of certainty.

I'm very, very exited about the two Hofzinser's books. Steven told me that together they will be a whopping 600 - 700 pages big.

Thank you so much Peo for such a valuable information. On the other hand, that means the light of Sonata and the Magic Way might not shine this year.

I am looking forward to Hofinzer two volume and Ramon definitely as being card majority in my studies.
Most memorable moment - with Maestro Juan Tamariz & Consuelo Lorgia in FISM Busan 2018.

I'm looking forward to the Hofzinser books.

I have volume 1 in German but can't read it!

Really wish the Tamariz books get republished sooner rather than later.

GREAT news on the Hofzinser books. I've been wishing for an English translation ever since I discovered Magic Christian's work few years ago.
