Dear all:
Would like to gather feedback as to what do you think is the: a) Strongest Coin Effect that involves a Chinese Coin, and which happens in the hands of the Spectator (and why do you think is the strongest) Pls name one that you think is the best, incl the name of the effect, the originator, and the source of it (in DVD? Booklet? Not yet published?) b) Strongest version of the Copper/Silver Effect, which again, happens in the hands of the Spectator (and why do you think is the best). Pls indicate the version, originator, and the source of it (in DVD? Booklet? Not yet published?) Thank you |

Take a look at this
http://www.antena3.com/videos-online/pro......146.html That's STRONG! Not published but it uses a gaff by Todd Lassen Once you see that China Bit effect, you will see yourself why it's so strong! Btw it loads a PS3 type ad, but it will go away after a few... |

As far as A. goes, I recommend Charming Chinese Challenge by Troy Hooser. Three of the five phases are in the specs hand.. Available in DVD or booklet.
This is truly a modern classic of coin magic. This is strong because it uses no gaffs, is easy to perform, and involves the spec the whole way. I have no input on the CS. Sammy

I happen to like my version of the C/S transpo (essentially the Kaps transpo) using the modified chinatown gaff which Sasco was kind enough to make custom for me almost thirty years ago.
The other item I'm toying with is the C/S/B trick where you use the Chinese coin to mark the location of the "foreign" coin - so by openly moving the one you get the others to change places. As usual I've shared the stuff privately and continue to want most of my work kept away from DVDs and books on the open market. IMHO there's little sense in contributing to the open ruin of our craft by putting things in a "ready to share on the internet" format.
...to all the coins I've dropped here

We just purchased Orient Express from JB Magic which is a version of C/S/B except that it uses chinese coins and are different colors. It ROCKS because it is very easy for the spectator to follow. Very Strong.
