There is no specific authorized builder as this is a published illusion. If you own Jim's book (Device and Illusion), then you own the rights to have this made by the builder of your choice. Or you may build it yourself, if you're so inclined.
It's all in the reflexes.

There is no specific authorized builder for this. Anyone may build it if they own a copy of Jim's book.

Got to be careful here as maybe Jim has given the rights to a builder to build for folks without the book being required.

I don;t know this.

I have to agree with Blair and Illucifer.

You have to own the book "Device & Illusion" to have the right to build or get build this beautiful illusion.

If you don't own the book, try to contact Jim Steinmeyer and ask him if he gave a special permission to one or more illusion builders who could build and sell you this illusion. If this is not the case, than there's one last thing to do : Go and get the book !

The beautiful thing with this book is aswell that Jim Steinmeyer teaches you to think outside the box and gives you aswell a lot of insight on how and why he put the different illusions together and why he used some particular devices (trick technics) and not others to make the effects work.

Good luck.

Oliver.

If you have the book, you may have one built.

Wellington also builds them: http://wellingtonent.com/products/puzzle.html

So Vinny you are saying that no builder has the approval to build this illusion unless the client, or the builder can supply, a copy of the book??

There are builders with the rights to it, Like Billy. And I don't know what their arrangement with Jim is.
But if you have the book, you are allowed to have one built for yourself, regardless of which builder has an arrangement with Jim.
