Why thank you sir! I think you've just proved you don't need any advice on fashion.
I've had a go with a Nils Pol and they handle beautifully. I've been tempted to get one but for my character I prefer the shape and look of a bowler. I'm not a juggler though and only do a tiny bit of hat manipulation to accent my act rather than a whole routine. They're also very heavy to wear and I suspect it would make me overheat if I were to wear one for as long as I wear my bowler onstage. My bowler is a single ply Dube. I think if I had to choose colours for a custom hat it would match the very simple colour scheme I've gone for in my act of black, white and red. I think I'd just get two colours in a hat though. |

Its cold in the fall so I often wear sweat shirts to stay warm....make the same money.... Doesn't matter

I've tried doing shows in ordinary clothes (as ordinary as my clothes get any way). Didn't work, I wasn't the magician, just a bloke doing tricks.
Costume helps me get in the right head space. |
