This looks fantastic! I really like the fact that it is so visual. I imagine it will take some serious practice but the pay off looks well worth the investment of time.

It took me some time to get the moves down but not to long. He goes over everything on the D.V.D step by step. Great effect for you buck. Telling you. Get it. You wont be sorry.

So with the £70.83 package on the world magic store site, it states about close up linking rings do you get to see a explanation of a close up linking ring performance prior to the ninja + routine, little bit confused as to what you get for your money?

The way I understand it is that Matthews Ninja + routine is mainly about linking a finger ring and so he gives you the props to do this with which I think includes 2 4 1/2" rings and the necessary finger rings. I don't think it includes a full set of rings like you would purchase if you wanted to do a full linking rings set like Shoot's routine. He has a more expensive set that includes more rings.
It appears that his most expensive set, (which is about $200), also does not include all rings BUT the rings it DOES include match Shoot Ogawas ring set in thickness and quality. It also includes nicer finger rings. I may be wrong but from watching the videos and re-reading the descriptions, this is the conclusion I came to. |

Craig Petty did a masterful job performing this on the WPR show. Craig was so smooth with it.

Just a note. Great trick and the sequence Craig did on WPR is excellent especially the way he describes framing other tricks with the link and unlink. Only fair to say and I know that Mattew would be happy to explain, to take your personal finger ringer off your finger and perform the sequence Craig did requires a duplicate ring and Matthew has to make it up for you. Check with Matthew for prices before ordering.

Hi Hugh
The ninja plus deluxe rings are the same as shoot's rings if you buy the standard ninja plus these rings are slightly bigger. I bought the deluxe ninja + at FISM and mathew sent us to shoot's stand for the other rings. hope this helps carl. |

I would think that if you bought Ninja Plus it would match Shoot Agawa's Ninja Rings. You are saying this is only true of the deluxe version of Ninja Plus? Why would they confuse things like that? |

The deluxe rings are smaller than the ninja+ cheaper version , the deluxe match the agawa rings perfect.
Shoot agawa trick is nothing to do with this , Matthew's version is 2 rings only, if you want to combine it with another version its up to you. But what Matthew has done is make his deluxe version the same diameter as agawa's rings so if you would like to incorporate this into your routine you can. not sure why the cheaper version is larger , you will have to ask Matthew. I received the Ninja+ deluxe set for my Birthday last week. After just one hour of practicing with the black rings the finish started coming off. With in 2 days of practice all the rings at chips and had metal coming through.

I was just looking at this. If that chipping is a common thing it worries me a bit. My local dealer isn't currently offering other ring sets like Shoot's, so if I wanted those I'd have to order from overseas.
