I have been performing the test
A lot the last year and a half and I don't ever use Time or Newsweek pretty much any magazine like Redbook, Playboy, Rolling Stone etc just pick one on the shelf Font doesn't matter. Pick a magazine that has several different fonts luckily for us that is just about every one I get the feeling you just like keeping this topic alive. Thank you!!!

This looks like the perfect combination effect Glance and True Test. Switch in and out use one or both. Two different methods from the same magizine, they won't have a clue. I like the new price I know you get less performances but $40.00 is so much easier to spend right now then the $99.00 price I look forward to getting both now. Thanks for the lower price.

The BEST thing about Tru Test - is the page ripping way to perform it. It is a great bit of byplay and for that reason I will probably always use Tru Test

Maybe it makes for good theater in certain performance situations. But for a casual situation I feel like I'd just rather someone flip open a magazine and think of a word. * The vast majority of classic magic effects have at least one contrived moment. So I'm not saying this is bad at all, that just doesn't seem like it's the BEST thing about Tru Test. |

I would be cut if I'd paid $99 when this came out with typos and now it's $40 corrected! However, I'm sure Nathan did the right thing for any disgruntled customers. Both Tru Test and Glance have a place in this world and great to mix and match when performing at a gig and asked to repeat by another table.

They are two different products. One contains 100 gimmicks. The other contains 40
Nothing to be disgruntled about. But it makes for good Café drama. LOL

If you don't like Converse shoes don't wear them. : ) Its just a matter of taste. You can just have them look at the page and think of a word. that's the standard handling. I was offering my favorite handling and the way I usually perform it. that's all. Later, Kranzo

I think tearing the page reenforces that it is a free choice - looks more impossible to me anyway. I have Tru Test and performed it on a local cable talk show. The host went nuts! They said it was the best talk show they've had. Hope someone was watching - I mean, it was cable TV...lol...

If I was doing this close up I might not opt for the tearing, but parlour or stage, tearing all the way! Similar to Smart-Ass by Bill Abbott. You could just have someone pick a card an achieve the same result orrrr you can do it the fun way |

Sean thanks for your feedback
Here is another option Wanna Make it play Huge??? Tear the page out and hand it off To someone Ask them to tear it in half and then hand either have to someone else And discard the other Ask that person to do the same thing And then another Person And so on Until there is a one person with a little piece left Makes all the choices seem open and involves a lot of people!!!
