I recently started studying vent and needed a cheap alternative to a vent figure to practice on while I saved for a proper figure. I came up with a puppet made from modelling balloons. It proved to be very popular. I shared my idea with a balloon twisters list and got an overwhelming response for directions. I made an instruction page for them and thought I would share it with you folks aswell since it seems like your cup of tea. Forpictures of these simple balloon puppets complete with instructions go to

Love it!! Have been doing some balloon puppets myself. I have no intention of giving them up for a common puppet!
my favorite is put two seeds (balls made from the same balloon) into a white 260. space the balls about 2" apart, let the air out of the rest of the balloon and trim the end. Put them around your middle finger like the kid's toy. Two spots with your sharpie and you're set! I am also working on a puppet that is like a chinese dragon out of 350s that you get into!!
