I produce a monthly show at a local restaurant. I hire two other comics and I headline (hey, it's my show!)

I admire your work Bob and your advocacy is so cool!
By the way...we just found out a month ago that our youngest son has autism... he's 3 years old and he's so bright.

Wanlu, a good friend of mine (and a great kids performer) discovered at around the same age that his son had autism. In Ireland we have few facilities for helping children with special needs, so it really altered his life. He had to move city to get any help.
But fifteen years later his son is almost an adult, a happy, cheerful, well-adjusted and fun individual. Your son can be too. Best of luck over the next few years.
