Hello there!

I would like to know a simple way to calculate if a date of the year is on an even or odd week. Can anybody help me with that?

The usual stunt is, given a date, you name the day of the week it falls on in a given year. I know two methods and combined them to how I do it now.

There are variations, of course, but I'm of no help in calculating even or odd weeks of the year.

Just odd because he was asking for what week in the year a given date falls on. This is not usually part of the day of week routine or calculations.
