Can you pass a drug Test?...The one time I went to "The Gathering" the halls of the resort smelled like a Skunk... instead of "Inkin" it should be "Bakin" the Valley!..or was that the Tattoo folks??...

At "The Gathering" it maybe a few of the tattoo folks, but usually it is the young people that go to the dance club that is also in the hotel. The performers are too busy telling tales all night, since it is the only weekend a year where most of us get to see each other. Thankfully now we don't have to be done chatting by 3am, since that is when the crazy breakfast lady came into the Holiday Inn to start her shift.

I don't allow Drugs, Boozers, Chasers,Funny Book Readers, No unnatural Colored hair (green, Red etc.), Tats on Face, No piercings, Steam-punk garb and anything else I deem inappropriate...If the Carnival I am booked with does not Drug Test, I still might...I run a Sunday School Show or at least give the impression of it...I don't hire Acts, I hire or train Showman, I have one First-O May with me now who was all about His Act, I am breaking him of that and teaching Him to transform his Act into a Info-mercial for Our pitch Booklet...If I am going to invest my time and Energy I like to get rid of the Bullsh!t up front...

I was drug tested twice while on the road last year, it's kind of a pain, but good for the industry. They could use some of it in Brasil for sure.

Hanging side wall is easy, Eric - I had a harder time with the knots - some people are really good at them right away, I have great admiration for that.
