Hey again,

There are many tricks that involve 4 aces like Aces in your Faces, Aces jumping to your pocket, NFW,etc.

What do you think is the best trick that involves 4 aces?

There are many topics already on this board based on that topic. But, just to spice things up...how about tricks that JUST use four aces..no extra cards...gimmicks..etc.

I would say THE ASHER TWIST. Any others? Smile

Henry Christ's Fabulous Four Ace Routine -- Awesome Routine! I prefer the version that I originally found in an issue of Magic Manuscript many years ago, but you can find a version on vol. 5 of Easy to Master Card Miracles and in The Commercial Magic of JC Wagner (Great Book)!

Twisting the Aces is obviously a classic. Sanverted by John Carney is also a great trick. I also enjoy the first trick in Goldstein's Focus. It is quick but nice. I usually end up doing these three tricks at the same time. They flow together nicely.

That's a tough one.

My regular Ace set consists of Sleeve Aces, PH Invisible Palm, and Dingle's Collectors routine.

I like a lot of four ace tricks:

Spectator Cuts to the Aces
MacDonald's Aces

Also, if you haven't checked out the Birnman Revelation in Impossibilia I encourage you to do so. It takes a little practice to do, but it's a very cool 4 ace production.

Dpe666,
Do you know if that effect is in RCT? I know that the book's last section is on estimation -type effects.

Recently, I have enjoyed astonishing reactions from The legendary Conus Aces from the Royal Road to Card Magic. This is a very difficult routine to present but it has all the elements of dramatic theatre and suspence. My version incorporates ideas from various sources and has become a showstopper.

Over the years Nate Leipzg's Slap Aces has become a reputation maker for me along side Marlo's Miracle Ace Cutting and The Invisible Palm Aces.

One more routine for this thread without doubt is The Ambidextrous Travellers. This routine is outstanding in my parlor and cabaret performances.
