Have any of you guys the Strong Box?
It is said in the add that you could use is as a prediction chest.

Is it really so good that you actually could load the box with the prediction on stage in front of your audience?

Would the prediction have to be as small and folded as the ones for many other prediction chests?

I would appreciate your advice on this...alternatively an advice/string to another chest that could be clean and straight foreward enough;

a)Give/send the future spectactor the chest (w prediction?)
b)During performance, invite the spectactor on stage, bringing the chest
c)Open the chest (pref. the spectactor do)+ (pref no switching)
d)Read prediction
e)Receive standing ovations Smile Smile Smile

Sven,
Do I take it that you are looking for a good prediction effect? If so, drop me a line. You also might want to check out "Banner".

You can use the Strongbox with billets. The method is so cleverly concealed that I wouldn't hesitate allowing an audience member to hold the box during performance prior to the revelation of the prediction. You will need to devise the audience management when loading the box...after that it is desirable to have the spectator open it. This is a very deceiving prop.

Brian;
I guess I read somewhere that you can't let a spectactor handle the box before it's loaded. Is this right, or is it just my memory tricking me? Smile

Paul;
You're right, I'm looking for a headline prediction you can do almost everywhere under most conditions.
This doesn't have to do with a prediction chest, though.
However, The Strong Box looks very promising.

I have been to your homepage many times, and know about the Banner.
What kind of disturbs me, is that you need a code book to read the prediction. Doesn't people wonder whether the book is gaffed (well, if it is, I don't know!)

I would appreciate all leads and advises you could give me on this.

Regards
Sven

The spectator may handle the box before loading. This is where audience management comes into play...you or an assistant must retrieve the box to do the loading prior to having a spectator open the box.
