I used to have a copy of this ebook, but lost it when I cleaned out my computer. The author, John Hostler,told me to request it from other magicians. Can anyone send it to me?

I sent you a P.M. I have proof. When I created my username, it never occured to me to use my real name. I assumed that the use of psuedonyms was the norm.
