A few questions... and not technical ones since I'm a bit of a Luddite.

eight hours on a charge? Is that eight hours of fairly constant use?
How hot does it get?
Can the battery be changed out in case it runs out of juice?

The it will last LONGER than 8 but after 8 hours of constant inflation it starts to get slower. The battery NEVER gets hot. I once inflated two 3' white rounds for a large snowman and when I was done it wasn't even warm. Yes you can buy a second battery as a backup but unless your twisting for way longer than 8 hours you won't need a back up. Just sayin.

About 3 - 4 hours approximately. I have never timed it. I get home at the end of my day and plug it in. I go to sleep and when I wake up the next morning it's fully charged.
