I'm sure many of you will have heard of and may have even performed a trick called 'Heritage' By Martin Adams.
It can be found here for those who don't:

It is a great 4 phase story telling routine with a seemingly impossible ending that would play great to a stage audience, however, the issue is that it is designed for close up and parlour settings. For this reason, I will detail how I perform the effect on stage and other bits I add in. If any of you have any other bits to add to my suggestions for the stage version, feel free, likewise with the close up and parlour version.

Phase 1 (Denomation selection):

This I keep the same as on the DVD as it is a verbal selection as opposed to visual. However, I do note this down or hang the spectator a money silk of their denomation to them.

Phase 2 (Poker Chip Selection):

For this, I use some large poker chips I made so that it can be easily seen by all audience members without the use of a camera.

Phase 3 (Card Selections):

For this, a jumbo deck is used in conjuction with the blackjack hand f...e that the DVD shows.

Phase 4 (Time selection):

For this, I either use a clock designed for forcing specific times or just use my watch and have the spectator read it out as taught on the DVD.

As for the final photograph revelation, I use custom printed A0 size sheets to display it so it quite clear.

I also have a Ouija board on stage to add to the mystery of the effect and use a story about past lifes as opposed to the 'story retelling' storyline demonstrated on the DVD.
That's not your card? What do you mean it's not your card...? Well that's your own fault for forgetting it was your card.
