I have a coin routine I call “Up though not down.” It is basically a visual coins up through the hand and as the title says “not down.” Do you know anyone else that has played with this, or has anything in print that I can credit? Besides Sankey’s pop out move...

Thank you,
Ben
Check out my new effect "As Good As It Gets" a gimmickles pencil or pen through bill effect. It closely mimmicks the slow motion phase of "Misled." About "As Good AS It Gets" for no gimmicks and everything being borrowed.

Jay Sankey has a routine like that.As does Joe Rindfleish (Sorry I don't know the names of the routines by these two at this time)I think he will have some DVDS coming out soon.

Also Rune Klan on his video "Three Pieces of Silver"

I think there was a few others also but can't recalled them right now.

Hope this helps
Joe

In Bobo (and if not there, in Stars of Magic) there is a coin up through the hand. I believe 2 coins are involved and the coin in the fist ends up penetrating the hand and coming to rest under the coin which was resting on the back of the hand. Bob Fitch has used the same move for his heads or tails routine, where the coin vanishes repeatedly when slapped on the back of the hand.

Curtis Kam on PoS3 "Silverado" his routine "Through and Through."
A coin passes through the bottom of your pocket, down through your left hand, up through your fingers, gets stuck inside, then pops out stuck on your finger, you pull it off. Stick your finger back through it slowly, you try to put it away but it passes through the bottom of your pocket, then finally you rub it into your pant leg and it passes back into the pocket.

This is a great routine I use it all the time.

Best
Joe

There is a one coin up through the hand and then back down in Bobo. (Perhaps two different authors...)

I just started reusing it.

It seems that I cycle routines and sleights in and out of my "A" list.

”Presto chango” is one that comes and goes in my Nearly Normal Programs.
