Hey guys,
Want to announce another new manuscript, featuring a very psychological game with two envelopes! The effect looks absolutely indistinguishable from real subliminal influence, and features an extremely powerful/cool convincer that I discovered as a kid! There are so many different applications that this can be used with, but due to the subtlety in the presentation, it will sadly only work in English. Reviews should be coming in shortly, and will likely give a little more detail about the effect. If you are interested in purchasing, please paypal $10 to mtricks16@aol.com I also plan on putting it on Penguin Magic in the near future. Thank you! Matt |

The envelope game
Matt Mello brings you a psychological game of influence, with 2 envelopes. As always Matt gets straight to the point with this eight page PDF. Everything is explained very well and you will be able to set this up and practice straight away. With the basic script, you will be performing this on the day. There are a few photos that help in the explanation. There are some thoughts and ideas, one from bill Cushman that I think is very clever, and if you tweak it a little, you will have a very nice ending. As always, Matt gives credit and inspiration. What I like about this effect is, it only uses two envelopes, doesn't require a lot of setup, can fit in your wallet or in your top pocket. The effect also has a very organic feel to it, as you don't have to make up any gimmicked envelopes. This, like Matt's "Pulse Rate", is another winner for me. $10 is nothing for something you will actually use. Nice one Matt! kindest Regards Myke Phillips |

What is the premise of the effect? What kind of psychological game with two envelopes?
Thanks! RNK

Thanks for the reviews, guys!
RNK, The effect has a "bank night" feel, except people really don't care about the money in this routine. The most important part is the "psychological subtlety" you teach and share with your audience, which can be used in many different ways. It's this one convincer that makes everything seem completely psychological. I know people are going to love this little discovery of mine! Matt |

Would love to hear more even though I don't perform in english. Who wants to spill the beans?

Broothal,
It actually has to do with the word "No". It won't work in a language where "No" isn't "No". Like "Nein" wouldn't work. It sucks...because it's a really cool subtlety! Can't go into more detail without giving it away! Matt |

I usually write a pretty winded review but I can't do much better than what Myke Phillips said above me. I will echo his statements and add that its a simple method to work on your psychological influence chops. It has the look and feel of the real deal. Devious in its structure. To put it lightly, it is something I will do and that means it gets my highest recommendation.
Gullibility is an attractive quality in people

So, if I understand correctly, the effect is surefire albeit having a psychological feel. Is that true?

You are using a theme of suggestion though that isn't the method despite all evidence to the contrary. I like effects structured in this way. Andrew Gerard speaks about the benefits of this approach on his DVD, The Process.
There are 2 subtleties that to my knowledge are new. Both will have other applications. This is excellent thinking and well worth the price. I'm a bit "banknited" out so contributed another theme. It fits my style better and eliminates any of the usual banknite related potential bad feelings. Matt, keep coming up with such great ideas! |

Matt sent me this pdf the other day, and all I have to say is that it is a brilliant thinking. I love the way Matt's presents it, and all the subtelties he has touhgt of for this effect. I am sure it will have a strong impact, if well presented, on layman. I have always liked this psychological aspect, people are really receptive to that!
Thanks Matt for this release that I will add to my mental arsenal

Just received this and its another winner from Matt! I know we've all purchased items that sounded or looked good and then they ended up in our bottom drawer. This is not one of them! This is worker material that you will use. Highly satisfied and look forward to performing this at a cocktail party gig I'm doing this weekend. Again, great job Matt!
