I would like to look at this but I'm a bit worried that its similar in structure to "nod to pocket watch" which substitutes the physical prop for a mental f****e.
I no longer smoke camel cigarettes.

I've read 2 Thoughts, and while I roughly knew what I was getting, Pablo has certainly some nice ideas when utilising this particular type of methodology.
This is certainly something worth knowing for those moments when all you have are 2 bits of paper (napkins, even) and a pen. If you enjoyed Impromptu Prediction, I think you will enjoy this thinking as well. Thanks Pablo. ~ Nique

Pablo was kind enough to send me this e-book, and I need to thank him for that.
2 Thoughts is a nice and simple effect, with a nice premise, and is also easy to do, and of course, that doesn't mean it's a weak effect, it isn't. You can do it with everything borrowed, and that's always a good thing. Nothing new or groundbreaking in terms of method, but it's cleverly combined with some psychological subtleties. So all in all, I like this effect, and will be using it. all the best, Marko |

Thanks for your words guys. Glad that you are enjoying the thinking of 2 Thoughts And although northernwarrior saids that there isn't a new methodology, I disagree due the fact that I add a powerful indirect methodological cancelator that allows the performer to show the correct billet, something that cant be done in most routine that uses this principle in Mentalism. I suggested a minimalist approach in the eBook, so you don't need to use other props, (just 2 pieces of paper and a writing implement), but 2 Thoughts can be used also with: Cards:(Thought of card and selected card) ESP symbols: (Thought of symbol and selected symbol) Time: (Thought of hour and selected hour) Drawings:(Thought of drawing and drawn symbol) The limits are only your own interests as performer Best

Really liked it!. Its a simple but devious idea and the presentational premise covers the methodology nicely! as the ad copy states its a nice blend of old and new school thinking and methodology. Anyone who perfroms in informal and close up situations should have this in their arsenal, a pen and something to write on, this is one of the routines you can always be prepared for. Personally I wouldnt do the routine exactly as pablo deos, but as he states on here it really is flexible and certainly has a lot of adaptability. A close up winner from pablo! |
