Hope this is the right forum. I'm having trouble finding a good sized pay envelope to make a Kismet envelope, per Ted Lesley's great presentation: http://www.stevensmagic.com/gemini/Ted%2......lope.htm
Staples, Office Depot, Michaels, Target, Walmart -- none have the right size. Online envelope vendor is the way to go, even though I can't try it out on the spot with cards..but what dimensions? Anyone? Thanks, Patrick

In the article you linked to, Lesley says 3.25" x 4.75".
The article also appears as a chapter in Lesley's excellent book, "Paramiracles," by the way. Craig

Mark Leveridge in the U.K has always been a great source for hard to find, odd sized envelopes...if you don't mind paying the overseas shipping. If you email him he'll even let you know if there is a better source in the U.S. A quick google search should lead you to his website.

Hi all, any UK sources for these elusive 3.25 x 4.75 inches envelopes? Also is there a micro number so the correct thickness can be bough too. I know nothing about paper thickness. I have spent a fair amount of time playing around with different smaller envelopes but they are too tight. So if I can buy in uk I will buy them, if no one has them I will buy a paper cutter and make them from scratch, so a guide micron number would be very helpful indeed. Thanks in advance.....

My wife is a crafter, and with this tool, I can make any size envelope I need:
UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Blossoms-Blooms......EH2MPPU/ US: https://www.amazon.com/Works-All-One-Too......0EH2MPPU Simply follow the template directions, score, fold and glue/tape. (Another option I've used, since we have one, is a Silhouette Cameo) Dave |

Https://www.envelopes.co.uk is also a great resource... as for paper thickness, in Europ at least, it is often referred a gram per squared meter. 80g is the thickness of regular paper (the one you write on most fo the times). I hope it helps!
