Im wanting to improve my extreme burn routine. I'm curious, for those of you that use it table hopping, do y'all do the extreme burn 2.0 set up (so you can hand it out)? Or do y'all stick to the 1.0 set up, for easier reset between tables?

Never hand it out. It would just slow down the pace.
I am getting so tired of slitting the throats of people who say that I am a violent psychopath.

I find the "packet" too bulky when doing the handout. Because the 2 sets of bills are shown so fairly the handout seems to be overproving to me.

Thanks guys- what y'all are saying was what I was feeling. I bought the 2.0 version but when I put everything together, I actually settled in the 1.0 packet. I want to dust this off and work out the handling better, and I needed to settle on a direction. I probably need to purchase the 1.0 DVD, since he didn't include all the 1.0 handling.

Really? I was under the impression that the 2.0 package included all of the 1.0 material (and Slow Burn to boot) and that the "2.0" stuff was all about the handout methods. What do you think was not included from 1.0?
To the original question, I don't hand the bills out, I do two changes and I use four bills rather than five. I have a video of my handling posted in the Oughta Be In Pictures forum; might help, might not. Cheers.

Hmmm, interesting!
I am not familiar with the 1.0 version, I don't if I am missing sometihng and I don't know the difference regards resetting (to me the E.B 2.0 is quiet easy to reset). Handing the bills: I hand them out, beginning and end. I felt it is necessary but maybe it is too over-proving and slow down the pace, you are giving something to wonder about! OFF TOPIC I perform Extreme burn on my street show, there I do the handout especially for slowdown the pace (Crowd building) |

The 2.0 does not include the info from the 1.0. Having said that, he describes how this new version is different, so you can piece together what 1.0 teaches (at least to some degree). The 2.0 DVD is about the new set up, and pass out moves, etc. in 1.0 I assume he goes into more handling techniques with the original set up. I don't have 1.0, so I actually don't know. But 2.0 assumes you already own and understand 1.0.
Question- Aren't you nervous to pass out 20's or 100's to strangers. I would think many would jokingly put them in their pocket, which would crease the bills & fold the bills in unhelpful ways. I could just see me getting into a power struggle with a kid. "Give me back my 20." |

I do 1s to 100s and I would never hand out my hundreds. I handed out a mismade bill once and a kid went running off with it.
I do how ever let them check out a few of the ones. If asked if I can turn their ones into hundreds I borrow thier one and do mismade bill and say guess not. I need more practice then turn it back unless they run off with it. LOL |

Tony - there is an upgrade package you can get for $25 if you already had the original Extreme Burn, but I don't think 2.0 leaves anything out. This is from the add copy on Richard Sanders's website:
"Extreme Burn 2.0 features all the same incredible material from the original Extreme Burn DVD. PLUS 75 minutes of Brand NEW bonus material."

That explains it. I have what is called 2.0 Lite. It must be the upgrade package.

so far I am doing the effect since 2010, I haven't lost any bill(i have done it on the streets in 3rd world countries). many times however somebody tries to make his friends laugh and do a gesture that off putting it to his pocket, in a few cases people went further and put them to their pocket, it didn't ruined the creases to the point I cannot do the routine, I don't care about people do it because I have a very strong line to get it back, also it fits my presentation because my next effect is "time is money" or "bill to lemon"...so I have an excuse to ask for his money, offering to increase it (looks like I am improvising). actually the 100's I give only 2,3..than as I start to give away the 4th bill, I act like I'm changing my mind and say "hey,i know this trick"! a hot TIP: I give away the 1's to the examination in a bars/street, when I get it back I'm saying: "thank you, this way I feel like I am getting tips, thank you, so kind of you, come next week"... not only it gets a laugh it is also tell them 2 things about me: 1. I am working there regularly 2. I am accepting tips |

The great Fred Kaps used magazine papers to Dollar Bills with Pat Page's Easy Money. Simple, easy and for him it killed. If it was good enough for Kaps, it's good enough for anyone.

I did get the newer full version of 2.0. I have a routine that goes from 1's to 2's. A "double your money" routine. Then it goes back to 1's cause everyone know that money is "easy come, easy go". Thanks for the help.
