Congratulations Craig! I saw the video clip that you post in the facebook. The prop looks very well made and the effect has so much potential to be presented in many ways. At first, I thought that the metal bars were prepared, but can be fully examined by the audience, in this way the effect is more powerful indeed!

I've seen Jason Bishop do this live and it was one of the BEST effects of the night for me. It truly is impossible.

Craig did an amazing job on this prop. you can really see all the work he put into it. it is beautiful and also a fooler. the Work is classic Steinmeyer elegance. Craig is a fantastic builder and he really improved all the little things that make this trick the killer magic that it is. If you have any project where you need a builder, Craig is the real deal. If you ever get the chance to own anything from Craig, look at the small things that he didn't overlook... I'm sure anything you own that he has built will become one of your prized show pieces. Thanks for reposting the video Craig!

That is no surprise, Farrell Dillon is a phenominal performer. My wife and I had the pleasure of watching him perform at the Magic Castle last year. We both were laughing our ***es off his entire performance. He was the host/mc for the Palace of Mystery, but he was far more entertaining then the other two acts that were there with him. Not that the other acts were bad.....he was just that good.

Why should the bars be staggered or point that out?

I always like the Monkey Bar trick.

It is a great Illusion for sure but I feel it is being underused if used as it is in that Video.

This Illusion I feel should be incorporated into an Escape Routine as the prop is examinable.

It would make things safer for the Magician also... Smile

That's my point of view anyway.

Just saw this prop up close at the PCAM in Seattle and it's a work of art. So clever and incredibly well built by Craig. One of the best new illusions in many years.

Congrats to Jim for an awesome design, Craig for excellent workmanship and Farrell for taking a challenging piece of magic and making it great!

What a great non-spiker, non-vanishing, non-producing, non-floating illusion!!! A truly nice addition to the field of illusion. (And it looks really well built also.)

I've seen this before (live), but this was a much better presentation.

Farrell did a great job with it. Owen Redwine offered it to me as one of the first to have it maybe 10 years ago. I couldn't come up with a routine in my head for it so I passed.
