Hi All!

I live in the Hampshire in England and near me there are no magic shops at all so I get all my stuff from http://www.magictricks.co.uk — I was just wondering if there are any other ones that are as good? English obviously as they would take ages otherwise.

Cheers,

Hi there, Jonny!

Give this one a try: http://alakazam.co.uk/

They have a lot of nice stuff and should be relatively close to you.

Good Luck

You might also want to take a look at the Sweet or Sour? section of this forum. It is the area for talking about various online magic dealers, and you may learn about some other England-based shops by reading through the posts.

You could also run a search on magic in the vendors section of Google and see if you find anything you are looking for.

Emily is right. You also want to try searching "magic shops". We talked about them in other sections also.

If it is at all possible, I would really recommend a trip to London (not that far from Hampshire, after all). Davenports in Charing Cross and the International Magic Studio in Clerkenwell are both really good sources of magic and information (they both also have limited sale online—Google them).

Ages? I live in South Africa and have ordered from America many times. Besides being cheaper than SA and UK, they are relatively quick. Four to fourteen DAYS! The average time is about eight days. Daytona Magic and the Magic Warehouse are your best bet.

May be you can try http://www.magicbox.uk.com/, they are one of the largest online magic shop in UK. Honestly, I haven't bought things from there, but it may worth a look.

Can I give a vote of confidence for http://www.magicbox.co.uk/. I made a substantial order last week, which was delivered very promptly and efficiently despite a postal strike, and at a very reasonable price.
