At the end of the letter they had a small section called 'the future' where they touched on some upcoming projects. There were no details around what any of them were, but they named about a half dozen magicians there - JK Hartman among them. They referred to these as 'upcoming projects' so presumably they could be anything and not necessarily a book. Speaking for myself, I'd love to see a book, of course.. |

I think even a set of video projects like Darwin Ortiz, Jared Kopf, John Carey, Lance Pierce and John Guastaferro (to name a few) would be a great addition. These sets typically have 2-3 effects (and maybe a move or two) and land in the $10 range. I have most of "VI's" exclusive sets and have always felt I got substantially more than my monies worth.

Here's the paragraph from Vanishing Inc's year-end email re: JK Hartman (the full email was pretty interesting, too -- and nicely done):
"The Future As we write this, we have over sixty projects in development, most of them still unannounced. If you’re looking for a scoop, we can tip our hat on some things right now: We will publish a new collection of essays from magic’s most esteemed essayist, Jamy Ian Swiss, and republish his two previous essay volumes. We have upcoming projects from Rob Zabrecky, Bob Neale, Jack Carpenter, John Lovick, Luke Jermay, Paul Gertner, J.K. Hartman, and many, many others. Our challenge is to manage all these projects for on-time delivery!" |

Regarding the vanishing projects, I can't wait to know which are books and which are DVD. I prefer by far the books. YouTube and the best in every field is here for our eyes.
