Just that. (Bonus points awarded for lesser known gems.)

I love "Tete-a-Tete" by Peter Duffie (Card Zones, Sadowitz & Duffie, p. 61). This is ideal as a lead in to a four Ace routine.

I'll offer my own “PokerPlay”. I never tire of performing it, it's repeatable, and pretty much unfathomable.

I credited the basic idea to Jack Miller because I knew Jack - Darwin didn't. Also, I think he knows better.

I have the darwin ortiz 10 dvd collection, in scams & fantasies with cards volume 3, the zen master, he says "its a souped of version of jack millers lazy man trick" I remembered it always being credited to you that's why I mentioned it, regardless its a great effect as is and darwin took things to a whole new level, out of that entire dvd no other effect had the audience in such suspense as this trick, even thou it was a long effect , he himself says on the dvd he usually doesn't like long routines but because this effect he tells the audience from the get go what they are to look for and whats happening he likes it.

thanks people

Thanks MuscleMagic. Jack Miller never called it The Lazy Man's whatever. I made that popular when I included it in Close-Up Card Magic back in 1962. Some have told me that the idea/title had been used earlier than that - probably so, but I sure had never heard of it. Anyway, how did Darwin change it - can you tell me the effect? Best - HL.
