Sad indeed, I remember when I was a kid watching his show, waiting for the Bear to make an appearance.

Oh no no no no, Andy seemed such a smiley guy, at least that's how I remember him. Really nice voice. May he rest in peace.

Yes, RIP. Smile

I think that we're reaching an interesting era in which the generation who grew up with television is losing all those television stars we grew up with, and it kind of hurts to lose all those heroes.

Oh well. The cycle of life and all that.

Still, RIP, Andy.

Thanks, Laurie. Unfortunately, Germany won't let me watch it. But that's probably OK, because I'd probably start crying.

This is sad.

I always loved Moon River and "The Andy Williams Show".

Good bye Andy. Rest in peace. It is the end of the Impossible Dream.

I'll never forget driving with my brother and stopping at a red light in front of the Pierre, when Andy Williams, sporting a neat goatee, and two tall, willowy stunning beauties stepped out of a limousine stopped at the curb. "Hey, Mr. Williams!" I greeted him. He graciously smiled and waved. He seemed like a very happy and contented person.
