Still waiting in California and they are not responding to e-mail requests for assistance. I am VERY disappointed that they have provided such terrible support to their customers.

I received this email this morning from EMC in reply to my emails:
Thank you so much for your e-mail and we are very sorry don't contact you soon. Your DVD was send last week. We beleive in two weeks you will get it. Best regards, The EMC Team Perhaps emailing them and requesting a refund helped to prompt a reply to my emails. |

Yes, the DVDs are available from many dealers and the EMC website.

Still haven't received mine in the UK.
Is this still a common problem?
I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I only lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three. Elayne Boosler
