So, its with a little sadness and some relief to learn that Hank Lee has decided to call it quits... Come 28 October, the legacy will take its final bow.
Interestingly, the master magicians plan an encore: "I want to assure you that this closure is not forever. We will reorganize and we will be back. If you have Gift Certificates or Reward Points, hold onto them. When we re-open, we will honor all of them." Now now... who in the right mind would leave their certificates and reward points lying around so that they can be utilized "at another time" If Hank Lee opens its doors again in years down, it certainly would be more than one door that opens. |

Well. Can't say I'm surprised. Seems that staying open after this fiasco, it would be like animating a dead horse. It seems Penguin will fit in nicely for Hank fans. They'll never pull a stunt like Hank pulled. Nonetheless, God Bless Hank's family. I cannot imagine how they are dealing with this...
