Hi Jim,
Thanks for dropping by the Cafe and sharing your experience and insight. My questions is this: In another post you mentioned doing your chop cup when you work behind the bar. Can you tell us a bit more about your bar work (any difference in approach, trick selection, setup, etc.)? |

I don't work behind the bar as much as I'd like these days but I really enjoy it when I do because I can do a lot of material I don't normally do.
When I do bar work, I use a close-up pad so that gives me a great opportunity to do things like "Triumph," "Card Under The Drink," "MacDonald's Aces"...and the Chop Cup - things I really enjoy performing but don't in the restaurant. |
