I have several nut off bolt tricks but as you all know a lot are limited to what they can do and some are even "risky" (please don't break, why isn't it moving?, did I just screw that on the wrong way??? lol) . Animated Nut caught my eye for the simple fact that the nut and bolt can be examined before and after the trick, no switches, can be given away, heck you can walk into a Ace Hardware and just take the nut and bolt off the shelf...Its easy to do...and have had a lot of fun with it... I recently worked at a comunnity fair that was going on in town and performed this at some of the dealer booths and the dealers just smiled and had a puzzled but surprised look on their faces, when I walked away I just left them with the nut and bolt and after making my rounds at the fair I saw that they were still talking about it... now that put a nice smile on my face...all in all, great trick, super easy and you will use it... got mine for $44.95 at http://www.bobsolarimagic.com
before I forget here's the ad: A nut that visibly spins off a bolt is a popular effect in magic, with several methods for its motivation. There have been models with string and rubber bands, fancy electronics and remote control, and we have some of these on our lists. This effect is the same - a nut visibly threads itself off a bolt held in the performer s hand. We now offer you a different model, with several advantages. * The nut and bolt used are absolutely ordinary. * They can be examined by the audience. And you can get other similar and suitable nuts and bolts, from a hardware shop, so you can even give them away after your performance. * There is no string, rubber or any other attachment to the nut or bolt. * There is no set-up or get ready as in some other methods. You can carry the requirements in your pocket, and perform this any place, any time, as an "impromptu" effect. You do not need any special dress or long sleeves or any other special preparation. Because the props involved use a minimum of gadgetry the cost of this is also the lowest, compared to other similar products on the market. We supply two nuts and bolts, the hi-tech gimmick complete with battery that makes the effect possible, and DVD + printed instructions. A small investment, for a very big impact.

I kind of see where your coming from lukecloughmagic but in a trick where a nut comes off a bolt and that's the end result and only result then every nut of bolt will seem very similar.... I own slo-motion too and its not done with the gimmick...

I seem to be developing a tremor as I age.
Therefore I do not need this device. I will just wait a few more years. DD |

'Animated Nut - Nuway' & Martin Breese's 'The Spirit Nut And Bolt Miracle' seem to be one and the same.
You might like to check THIS out. The Demo Video is HERE. The gimmick is held in the fist and need to be ditched (see demo video). The gimmick makes a slight hum.

Huge price difference between this and Ultracinnese and I wonder if it's a case of of one product doing a large markup or is the higher price product simply more reliable?
