The Trick That Fooled Einstein for close up...

For reading, give them 7 each of 3 colors, or 3 each of seven colors, (or somesuch)... explain to them what each color represents, then have them make a large design using some or all, and do your reading off of that. If you mentally overlay a Celtic spread over the design, you'll have plenty to talk about.

Foxes and sheep for close up.

Bermuda Triangle

If they're small enough and enough colors, use a 3-way forcing bag and a 2-stone prediction.

For stage, perhaps an instant vanish of a bunch, and the appearance of a mosaic of a chosen figure...or they choose a picture and you make the mosaic after reading their mind. Osterlinds pik-dupe deck could work here.

I perform Max Gordon's Lost Symbol with a glass stone serving as the pecloba. (the spec. chooses the right stone with a pendulum, and this stone gives him extra powers)

I'm with DrTodd all the way,

Gemstone Genesis by Martin Vetter is a really nice routine.
I don't know if Martin still posts here on the Café but his website http://www.vettermagic.com seems to be unavailabe.

Hi Bartelli, I like the idea of the spectator choosing the pecloba. Nice touch.
