Do you know, where to find online some templates for printing out some celebrity face, cut it out with scissors along the lines so, that a cutout picture will appear...?

I'm not really sure, if you understand, what I mean – but if so, please help me...I can't even google it, because I don't know, how it is called ...

So the main thing is – I want to print some template in my printer, then I will take the paper, cut just along some lines with scissors and when I put it in front of black backround, it should be some celebrity...

if so, then you can do a google IMAGE search by typing your search terms and then clicking on the "images" option

Google is making changes to its image search function right now, so some of the usual options (such as search by size/color/etc) aren't working at the moment, and in my opinion their image search function is serious crippled as a result. Unfortunately, I don't know as much about other search engines, so if anyone else has suggestions, I'd be delighted to hear about them too.
