Magic 123 its a fine place to start. Any street act need humour and drama this is were Fat Hatter is coming from.

One thing I like to say is its nice to hear your starting here. Lots of people seem to carbon copy Gazzo routine. There is nothing wrong with taking someone else routine and make it your own. But I have seen tonns of people do the same cups and balls. Your don't need to be unique but make it yours be a artist.

Have fun keep looking in that book it good. I use the coin matrix from it and card thru hanky a lot.
Enjoy your magic,

and let others enjoy it as well!

Magic123,
Take a look at the video demo for the Al Schneider cups & balls DVD, I think it's a 2 disc set.
Well worth the money invested and simple routine but it kills..

How ya doing Yellowcustard? I speak for myself thank you very much. Those that speak for me are generally far off the point which is understandable cause thems not me. My performances have very little humor or drama. Funny stuff might happen but it's not intentional. I think magic is entertaining on it's own. No half dressed women, no tired or well rested jokes, music, and numerous other distractions.

So what I meant is, "Are you any good?"

Wow! I just realized something. I wrote exactly what I meant. No half dressed women, no tired or well rested jokes, music, and numerous other distractions. It is what it is. Curious if anyone took what I wrote for what I wrote? Maybe simple and direct to the point is not the way to go.

Magic123 the cups and balls routine in the Mark Wilson book is good and plays well. It is worth your effort to master it and present it.
The artist formally known as Mumblepeas!
