Any mention of wands deserves a mention of alivans.com. They're targeted mainly towards the harry potter crowd, and they have a great selection. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, I'm just a fan of their work.
Here's a more offbeat question, anyone ever incorporate a wizard's staff into their act?

I have a staff I've used it for stage shows and when I've set up as a reader. It's spiraled with a darker brown twist to it. I use it like a medicine show stick to twirl and gain attention. I've just ordered a horse riding stick to go with my Victorian gentlemen look which will be used in a similar way.
