I am ordering a book tonight as a matter of fact. Cameron helped me pick out my next purchase which is "Jennings '67" Hopefully it will be a winner, I'm sure it will. Then I think that I might get "Smoke and Mirrors" getting harder to find.

I just got Ed Marlo's Revolutionary Card Technique, and although I guess I don't really need another book for months if not years, I'm going to purchase Jennings '67 next.

I have just recived Sankey Unleashed. As soon I have read it I will write a review.
I have purchased (and still waiting for) Steve Beam's Semi-Automatic Card Tricks vol. 5. I'm eagerly wating for Juan Tamariz's Mnonics books from Hermetic Press. Rumour has it that they will be out in august. And of course I'm wating for John Bannon's hopefully-soon-to-be-released book Dear Mr Fantasy (or whatever it's going to be called). Peo

Tomorrow my "the classic magic of larry jennings" will arrive, that'll do for the next couple of months
![]() Next to that, I'll probably buy something about coins or sponge balls. I've ordered a set of sponges along with the book, so I see if that is something for me and then decide to dig further or not. And I've heared a book by the French magician Bebel will be translated into English. I've heared great things about him, so maybe I'll check that one out.

I'm deciding between Smoke and Mirrors (if I can find it), Card Magic of Nick Trost, and Focus. I think that these are all within reach of my current skill level, if I stretch a bit.
I am also going to pick up the Tavern Magic manuscript by WildStone and Ron Bauer's Mechanical Deck script. My not-so-great double lift/turnover is holding me back, and I'm hoping Mr. Bauer's description of Dai Vernon's technique (along with lots of practice on my part) can help improve things. |

Rden,
Smoke and Mirrors, The Card Magic of Nick Trost and Focus are all books I have and 3 of my favorites. Excellent choice....The Trost book has some real sleepers in it relying on sublety as opposed to sleights. Rennie

In my dreams, I keep envisioning a complete compilation of all the old Manu-Secrets series published by Irv "Mr.Fingers" Weiner. Then I wake up. SIGH!! It was only a dream.
