Welcome to our very own section here in The Magic Café. As Editor of VANISH MAGIC MAGAZINE I would like to thank Steve Brooks for working with us on setting this up.

This forum is to discuss anything in the magazine and to keep you informed of what is coming up in future issues.

This is a FREE MAGIC MAGAZINE that continues to go from strength to strength in downloads. You can also subscribe to the newsletter which we send out prior to each issue coming out by visiting http://www.vanishmagazine.com and hitting subsribe.

ISSUE SIX will be out end of January 2013 and will mark our first FULL YEAR of publication.

Regards
Paul Romhany

Hello Jon
I have just put it up on the site at the top - we are currently working on a new website so I forgot it wasn't on the old one that is up at the moment.
If you join the 'subsribe' newsletter I will be sending out emails to let people know it's ready.
Regards
Paul

Yikes! End of January.....
I had better finish that piece on the Magic Castle's 50th anniversary party and Milt Larsen's new book. (spoiler elert, both were great!)
On Wednesday of this week I am going out to Mark Wilson's headquaters to conduct an interview for the 7th issue. Readers should let me know
the kind of stories you enjoy the most..........

On behalf of Paul and myself, I'd also like to welcome everyone here to the new VANISH MAGAZINE FORUM on THE MAGIC Café! This has been an exciting year for VANISH and I'm proud to join Paul in co-editing this wonderful digital magazine. If you haven't already, please visit the VANISH website and download the first FIVE FREE ISSUES of VANISH. You'll find a wealth of great articles, celebirty interviews, tricks, reviews, columns, and more. Each issue is jam-packed to the brim! We couldn't be prouder, and have several fun projects ahead for the future of VANISH. Stay tuned.

Also, if you have any questions for Paul or me, please feel free to post them here as well. All we ask is that postings are on a positive and supportive note, because we want this to be a forum that spurs creativity and a sense of community among entertainers from around the world. Very much like we hope that VANISH will be with each forthcoming issue.

All the very best to all of you who HAVE downloaded and read VANISH, and continue to spread the word about it. We're humbled and thankful for your support! Let's keep it growing! THANKS!

Sincerely,

Chipper Lowell

I think it is a superb magazine and it is free too Smile

I also agree that one of the many impressive things about Vanish magazine is that many contributors are not the generally "more well known" magicians. It is refreshing to read what they have to say as though not as "well known" they are first rate magicians and entertainers with so much insight and experience.
Many Blessings!!

I very much enjoy reading Nick Lewin and Steve Spill and hope they continue to publish in Vanish. My feeling is that these guys are much more real world performers as opposed to the usual suspect magician's magician types writing for Genii or Magic.

VANISH MAGAZINE is a welcome addition to the magic world, Totally free for all magicians world wide, from full time pros to complete novices, now that cant be bad can it?,
Just because its free, Please do not assume its not good, as Its actually quite brilliant and on par with any other magic magazine that you do actually have to pay for,
ONE GREAT THING ABOUT VANISH is its a download, that means they can and are bang up to date on everything, as things can and are added right up to the last second before put up on the web for publication and everyone to download, So if something happens in the magic world the day before publication it can still be added to the new issue, They don't have printers deadlines to meet.
I only found out about VANISH MAGAZINE from Issue 2, and started advertising my HOT SPOT / HEAT trick in every issue ever since, The response has been brilliant.
So any dealers out there take advantage with VANISH MAGAZINE and get your products across to 60.000 plus magicians world wide, at a advertising rate that is really worth it, and puts other publications to shame for the advertising rates they seem to charge. VANISH advertising rates are brilliant. Ive taken out a years advanced advertising subscription with them, Now I'm just looking forward to all your orders.
DOWN LOAD VANISH MAGAZINE TODAY ITS 100% FREE, NO CATCHES AT ALL. AND A GREAT READ
you will never find a better quality HEAT / HOTSPOT / HYPNO HEAT as mine anywhere else, ITS REALLY GOOD... here is a link to the effect NEW WEB SITE AND TO ORDER

Thank you EVERYBODY for the positive feedback. Both Chipper and I have been overwhelmed by the response. One of the comments we are getting from advertisers is that the hits keep coming in for their sites and products because people are downloading back issues.

My aim has always been to get 'real world' working magicians writing for VANISH - and they don't get any more real world that Nick Lewin and Steve Spill - two performers who are still the busiest performers out there.

Love that you have 'real world' working magicians writing for VANISH, any chance you will be adding video to the magazine?

Hello Cairo
Yes to video - that will be happening soon. We will be releasing the magazine shortly in to REVIIZZIT e-reader which will really open it up for lots more potential such as video and live links, etc. for iPads, Androids. At the moment the format is PDF (which it will always be for those that like to read it like that) but we are working on a version for Revizzit reader which I use for my own magic books and products.

Thanks Mark! I love writing for Vanish Magazine and have some really neat upcoming articles. I conducted a 3 hour interview with Mark & Nani Wilson (and another interview to follow) which I will be turning into a two-part article, 'From there to Alakazam' and 'From Alakazam to Here' which contains some really amazing biographical and PRACTICAL information! I learned a bunch listening to Mark & Nani and will enjoy sharing it!
