Just sold/shipped my U3F to a magician in India. Learned (was told) that FEDEX does not allow the shipping of coins. A bit surpirsed because I get most of my stuff this way. Maybe because it was overseas, or maybe the agent was misinformed...she did pull out a rule book! After three magic tricks was I was able to convince here that they were "novelty" items valued at several hundred dollars. Live and Learn.

John, it's not that FedEx rules forbid the sending of money that way. It's a Customs issue. US and Indian. FedEx (and other carriers) would rather not deal with it because it can be delayed - just about forever! - and you will be yelling at FedEx for any Customs delays.

One person who posts here regularly (lately) told me he will only use Fed-ex to get his coins shipped to India because the customs people over there steal a lot from regular mail.

Coincidentally I purchased U3F from @John McLaughlin and I am now waiting for it to arrive. (Thanks a lot Sir for your help) and I also mentioned to @Poof-Daddy in a thread that its not a good idea to ship to India via normal post.

The person could have deleted it himself, or Kohler could have had it pulled - I would imagine it was within his right to do so.

Eric Mead's performance above is the best I've seen. Better than Kohler's, in my opinion. Nice and slow, and he really sells the moments that make this such a great effect.
