Warm greetings and regards from Manila, Philippines.

Magic is still very much alive in the tropical islands of the Philippines. One of the biggest accomplishments of one of the Philippines’ magic communities under the leadership of Rannie Raymundo is “Konting Magic Po”, a charity event launched to help our brothers and sisters (and pets!) in magic who were recently affected by the varying weather. All proceeds from the 2 ½ hour magical show held last August 19, 2012 at Musica Bar Greenhills were given to the Magicians’ Foundation Inc. (MAGFI) to help them get through the hard times.

The show featured the Philippines’ BEST stage & close-up magicians, with presentations from Rannie “The Boss” Raymundo, Lou Hilario, Anthony “Mindbender” Co, Ron Muyot, Slydon, Ron Isidro Mariano, Rael & Wanlu. Magicians from The Tavern and members of the Manila Famiglia (local version of Vinny’s La Famiglia) were also able to amaze spectators from table to table.

By the end of the night, the team was able to turn over a sizable amount to MagFI representatives who will be distributing the said amount to their members who were severely affected.

The event truly marked history, and we sincerely thank everyone for joining this one-of-a-kind event of art, passion, magic & heart.
That was last August – but more will soon come our way - AND your way, this 2013. Smile

We would like to say hello again to The Godfather, vinsmagic. We look forward to jamming with you again soon!
Cheers!

<3,
Cyssa
