Has anyone heard when this Torn and Restored is coming out? It's an impromptu version of Sean Field's Fusion. I hear it's a piece by piece with one card and Sean abandoned his old method for the new. If so, is there a demo anywhere?

Sounds intresting. I'm a sucker for torn & restored card effects.
Keep me informed of this one, will you please? FU2 huh? Never heard of it. Peo

Peo,
FU2 stands for Fusion 2. It's a kinda of an upgrade from his original Fusion trick. |

A friend of mine said that he heard something off of this site about it. He sent me the link but I don't have it anymore.

Hey guys,
It is true, there IS a Fusion 2, the working name is FU2. It is a completely new version, it really bears no resemblance to the original Fusion. The effect remains the same, a card is torn into four pieces, and restored one piece at a time. The big difference is FU2 can be done COMPLETELY IMPROMPTU, even with a BORROWED DECK! I am currently working on a DVD for the effect, and on the DVD I will also teach the original Fusion, Con Fusion (a monte mixed with a T&R card...), and Flash Fusion (a flash restoration), as well as ALL handlings and nuances for the effects taught. My website should be up and running soon, and when it is back up, there will be a demo there. I will post the address when the site is back up. Thanks for the interest. Sean |

Hey,
I will be releasing this at some point soon, however I have several other projects on the go at the moment, so FU2 got put on the back burner for a few days. I hope to have the footage for the DVD shot by the end of the month, and the editting finished shortly after. Then it goes to the duplicator... Thanks for the interest, Sean |

Sean,
Is there a website we can visit that will keep us updated or who might be selling FU2? Thanks, :) |

My website is currently offline, as my designer is, well, lazy. As soon as I get someone to either build one for me, or finish the one I have, I will post the address here.

As far as price, I really have no idea. I do, however, hope to price this reasonably enough as to not only remain competitive in the now saturated market, but also to ensure you get your moneys worth, and then some.
Ultimately, the price will be determined by my production costs, so as long as I can produce a quality product for a reasonable amount of money, the price should be very attractive. Sean |

I know all T&R card effects are pretty angle sensitive, but does Fusion 2 make any improvements on this issue? Also, will the card be examinable in between restorations? I'm just curious, as I really liked the first Fusion, and hopefully, this has made a few enhancements in T&R card effects. Looking forward to this release!

I don't want to go into too much detail, as the product has not been released yet, but...
-FU2 is not actually an improvement on Fusion, but rather a completely new handling. -It is impromptu; no set up, you can even borrow a deck and do it. -While not angle-proof, the angles are still better than before. I will let you guys know more when I am closer to actually having this ready to go. Sean |

FU2 is a piece by piece, however there are a few other T&R's I wish to teach on the DVD:
-The Original Fusion -FU2 -Flash Fusion (A flash restoration) -CONFusion (Think Color Monte with a T&R kicker..This is an odd one, but very cool) There are a couple other T&R effects I would like to teach, but I may hold on to them a while longer. ;-) Sean |
