I know it's also from paul brook, but I'm talking about colin's version here

if you think I reveal stuff, please let me know or delete the thread.

Anyway.....
I mostly use Colin's stage version, if You are divining the thoughts and not a spectator try this:

Let the paricipants close their eyes while you are reading their minds, This way you can actually point or look at the participant while reading thoughts, and the audience will see this as a participant-specific reading instead of a general reading.
If you don't know what I mean please reply.

I cannot take credit for this, I got the idea from TERASABOS(psychological subtleties 2, banachek)

Just my 2 cents Smile

Cougar, Colin explain what you wrote in the book you have...lol
I'll even give you the page number 162.
Maybe you should (really) read the book ?

I'm not sure if this idea would work. There is already a subtletly in the book that allows you to point at the specs individually (at the end), with the eyes open. If you do your idea as described I believe there is a higher chance of the method being discovered after the trick is over. Plus I'm not sure if this would work in conjunction with the "changing your mind" bit, which is really strong.
