JackMagic is known for his trolling around here.
Artwork Prediction's gimmicks are merely tools. I don't think a routine can be copyrighted. The pens use different technology that is more reliable for reasons I don't want to go into on a public forum.

Stephen, I was referring to Jackmagic, not you.
You add a lot to these boards. JM adds nothing apart from spite and animosity.

Routines can certainly be coyrighted, you are completely wrong about that. Teller's Rose effect was coyrighted and was the subject of a coyright suit not long ago. So this looks, at first blush, like at least a copyright violation.

I think you'll find that a document can be copyrighted.
And if someone plagiarises it and merely changes FACE to HOUSE its not good form. Now I'm not saying Mark has done this I have no idea who produces this. Mark may just be a supplier. I'm just saying that the two routines are so similar that a blind man with his head in a bucket could see the similarity. Steve |

I don't know if Peter Nardi is an intellectual property attorney, but there are laws regarding copyrights and patents that must be respected. You have to ask yourself, how ihas the copyrighted routine of Coraig's been either changed or improved in the routine being advertiised?

You should look up the correct spelling of 'Mark Masion' and 'Peter Nardil'. Until you master a basic grasp of the English language you will struggle to articulate an argument successfully. I offer this advice to you for free.

If I had known this thread would create such animosity I would never have started it in the first place.
I blame myself. Next time I'll keep exclusive information about new releases to myself (unless people tell me they genuinely like my scoops).
