David Kaye "Silly Billy" has recently released a new prop, Peek-a-Boo Bunny. It's being sold at a discount for now. It looks really good, and will get the kids screaming and laughing. Check out the demo on his magic site. It looks like a winner. I just need to save up the $175.

I don't think you'll be disappointed, I got one and love it. I had used fraidy cat rabbit-similar to capehart's routine previously and really enjoy the back and forth with the kids it gets, but in the end it's a sucker trick and one kid in particular always gets the worst of it. With Peek a boo bunny it's just as in the demo-the kids are all laughing and having fun, not trying to prove you wrong-I like that.

I purchased this last year and replaced Run rabbit Run in my 2nd B day act with it. It rocks. Nothing wrong with Run Rabbit Run, its just that this new trick is a nice refreshing change.
This will also be on my new Birthday Party Mania #2 DVD coming out in . . . um . . . August!

I really don't need any more props, but I bought this one as soon as it was released because I knew it would replace another prop with a similar premise that was much larger (there are lots of props with a similar premise, run rabbit run, etc). Not only does this one pack smaller than the other prop I had been using, but I found I consistently get a much stronger response. I use it in just about every show.
David Kaye is another person I'm thankful releases material that he really uses, and shares his experience with us. At the same time I picked up his "Princess in a Pickle" silks. I don't use it nearly as much, but it's another winner when I do. Really happy with both purchases. |

I performed this on my second birthday DVD (Birthday Party Mania TWO). I held back on showing the workings on the back of the prop as, it isn't my prop. Great trick and fun to perform.

I have performed with this in about ten shows so far and a wide range of ages, adults too. The reactions are very strong, but you really need to set it up, then you will hear the kids yell, it's fantastic. I replaced my large fraidy cat, and happy I did.

Does it play as well in a stage show or is primarily for smaller groups?

I was talking to Terry Herbert about this yesterday. He tells me he's replaced Run Rabbit Run with this prop, and absolutely loves it!

I just got mine last week and have performed it for small groups of kids. I'm doing 2 stage shows tomarrow and the next day and I think it should play big. Great prop and the kids are going nuts with this so far. This is a nicely made prop. I was looking for a pull a rabbit out of the hat type of effect (kids always seem to ask) without actually pulling a rabbit out if the hat. This fits the bill.

Peakaboo Bunny played very strong on the stage. I did today twice for about 120 kids and they went nuts. The adults in the room seemed to enjoy it to although they were probably just enjoying watching the kids going crazy. Overall , I'm really enjoying this purchase and I'm going to do it with all my kids shows.
