Looked pretty good to me, Kenny. Just keep practicing it and reaching further on it. You're on the right track.

It is ok, a little bit too fast, give more time for the people to see what happend with each move

It looks good, BUT imho, when you are transferring the other coin it looks like your hand drags across the mat (i.e. it is not floating above it). But that is just the way I prefer the slieght.

Agree with slowing it down a little and letting each transpostion register. Also, not sure if the constant
turning of the hands to show the palm empty is needed. Study a video of Roth performing. |

That was very good , a couple of suggestion. If you keep your finger tips raised off the map it won't look like the hand is dragging amy thing.
If possible spread the coins across the mat more, you are only using the left 2/3 of the mat. I think the tempo for the trans, time to let the trans sink in is okay, it is just the initial hand waves that are rushed. |

Not bad. Its all about tempo. Still need to work on that.
I don't think showing the hands empty before every movement is helping with the tempo. You will notice I only show my hand empty once during my routine. I threw that in there because I felt spectators might think I'm using a extra coin at that time. Not in the begining because they don't know what I'm doing yet. That was my way to kill that idea. Keep up the great work. Tim http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=OIbGRtajho0

It's all a problem of rhythm and short pauses. You're nearly there. Then look at James Pradier's French Connection DVD and surprise us all with a personnal mix of yours. Also try and switch to Scotty York's diamond formation: it ends with the coins towards the audience rather than on one of the corner especially an "inside" one. Good luck with your efforts

After that, I thought I just should only show my hands before beginning the routine and before the last coin (same your video). And yeah, thanks guys for helping me with this routine. I'll practice more and record a new video for this wonderful effect P/S: Tim, you have a fan here -Kenny |
